Brandy is a counselor (B.Msc.) and the creator of The Higher Self Method® — the body of work behind her one-on-one practice at brandynielson.com. For years she has sat across from women in private mentorship, sacred relationship work, and the kind of long, slow conversations that don't fit on a calendar invite.

The Heart is what she built when she noticed the same thing, over and over, in those one-on-one rooms: women who had done the reading, the therapy, the journaling — and still felt that something essential was missing. Not broken. Not stuck. Just living from one chamber of a four-chambered heart, without anyone to show them the spiral inward.

The Heart is the soft place. It isn't therapy. It isn't a course. It's a monthly practice — a room of women in real conversation, held by someone who has been doing this work long enough to know what to say, and long enough to know when not to say anything at all.

The Heart is the community version: less expensive, less intensive, and meant to be a place you live inside of for months and years rather than weeks.

Many women do both. Some come to The Heart first and move into private work later. Some have worked with Brandy for years and come to The Heart for the conversation. There's no wrong order.
